This office is very unprofessional. Today my husband had his first appointment with the dr. He submitted the paperwork, provided ID and insuranse and was seated to wait for the Dr. In 40 minutes, he asked when he would be called. The office employee said he cannot be seen because they have system issues and XRay was not working. He asked to get the visual exam from the Dr Natalia and meet her, and the receptionist said the dr was not there and would not see him. Dr Ivanovo and all the staff are very professional and skilled. I have had a lot of dental work done by her and it has been pain free. I am so happy I found this office. Love them!
Dr. Ivanova did a lot of work including a number of crowns. I now have a million dollar smile (at a fraction of the cost lol ). Super impressed with everybody in the office !
