We love Dr Parnes. He has done many shoulder and carpel tunnel surgeries for our family. We highly recommend him . The staff at the Carthage Hospital has been wonderful, too.

Dr. Parnes proved to be the extraordinary Doctor, and more importantly, person, that I was told he was by so many of his patients. I typically go to Syracuse for any surgeries and was reluctant to have rotator cuff repair in little Cathage Area Hospital. But after meeting and talking with Dr. Parnes the first time, I was comfortable and confident that I was going to be in good hands.
