You don't get to switch providers unless the doctors have an agreement with each other. Only met the actual doctor once after my daughter's procedure. He was very short and changed a dose of medication without saying a single word to anyone. We found out at the pharmacy. The nurse practitioner just refills anti-nausea meds and sends you in your way despite worsening symptoms. Just avoid promedica gastroenterology all together and save yourself a headache.
