Update 7/10/2025: I am 3 years post-op and still virtually pain free! Dr. Moawad is an amazing doctor and a wonderful person! I spent 10-15 years seeing doctors for my chronic pain and he was the first to actually listen to my concerns and take me seriously. During the very first appointment he gave me multiple avenues for treatment. I ended up choosing pelvic floor physical therapy and laparoscopy + excision surgery. Pelvic floor PT really helped and my surgery experience was great. He found stage III endometriosis and was... read more

Dr. Nash and his team are the best. After dealing with continuous pain, I found myself in need of excision surgery. I began my search online and came across a thread on Reddit, where a girl talked about an amazing surgeon in Gainesville who helped her get her life back from constant pain, and that she was finally pain free.
