This is the most unprofessional doctors office ever. Staff is incompetent and rude. I was promised a referral to see a specialist after getting out of the ER two weeks ago. After just getting off the phone with the office I was told there's no such record. Only thing is they requested my ER docs. When I asked why I was told I needed to speak to the doctor or the office manager. They don't even care. This doctor does not seem to want to help his patients.. He is full of himself and prefers giving pain meds rather than finding the cause of the problem. Very poor bedside manner.
His staff is rude, incompetent and plainly, horrible. How can you trust a doctor that can't even hire competent staff? No care for patient customer service.
The most arrogant uncaring doctor ever. For having complained about how delayed my appointment was, he told me to find another doctor.he then proceeded to give me prescription s without an exam and without looking at the results of my blood test. I saw other patients leave in disgust about the wait time. His is more of an assembly line rather than a clinic. I would not recommend him to anyone.
By far Dr. Azar is the best and most caring doctors I have been priveledge to have as my physician. His diagnosis' based on just description or a simple look at my tounge has led him to treat me effectively within a New York minute. In other words Dr. Azar is more than just a licensed physician. He is in a class all by his own. But I must say that it is his love for his work and his care for his patients that I have never witnessed with any other physician. The worst doctor ever. He treats his patients as numbers. He wouldn't give you more than five minutes of his time; that is what he stated when I asked him multiple questions regarding my mother, who is sick and old, during her last visit to his office. He didn't show any compassion towards her medical condition; she was just a number to him. Even though he seems knoledgable medically, his attitude is very poor.
During my visit I felt that I was treated very well.I would most likely recommend this doctor to my family and friends.I felt this visit was a big help.Overall I would rate this visit : outstanding!
