Do not go to this doctor. The staffs are very rude and unhelpful. They canceled our appointment in last minutes without apologize and when we had questions they just said they don’t know. The important part that made me give this doctor and his staffs 1 star (if there is 0 star option I would like to choose) is: I submited the DMV place card forms for handicap for my sons with 3 pages for each form. Can’t believe how insane it is to book a first time appointment takes and be on a wait list up to 12 months to get seen . Extremely insane
My son is 13 years old he is been seen by Dr Elbalalesy for 11 year, he is a great neurologist, he listens and understands all my concerns and always get great results. Thank you doctor for your kindness
Dr Elbalalesy worked with my son for more than 10 years and I really appreciate the way he listened to us, the way he payed attention to my son. I felt that we were well guided by a doctor that I was able to communicate and participate on my son's treatment. We had such a wonderful experience with this neurologist. From the moment he walked in, his kindness and genuine care were obvious. He took the time to really listen, reassured me thoroughly, and explained everything in a way that felt calm and thoughtful. Most importantly, he was incredibly gentle and patient with my 3.5 year old daughter, which immediately put both of us at ease. We left feeling relieved and confident in his care.
