Had the best experience today. There was a fill in hygienist helping out in the office and it was probably the best visit I’ve had yet. She did a great job. I hope she’s filling in again next time. lol
This time Dr. Rashid did a wonderful job on my teeth. Thank you. A very professional hygienist, efficient, painless, friendly. Friendly & professional staff. I’ve used this practice since 1998 when I moved to MA. They have always been welcoming, professional and current in technology.
I am extremely disappointed with the front desk staff’s behavior. I have been a patient here for over 5 years with no prior issues. Melanie has always been helpful, and Dr. Narges Rashid is exceptional, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Due to dangerous blizzard, the state had declared a snow emergency and travel ban for two days. I was fortunate to see Dr. Leung. Dr Leung was friendly, steady precise, thorough and gentle. My technician was great and worked well with the Doctor which made me comfortable. Checking in and out was friendly and seamless.
