Dr. Kumar and the team at Whitby Cardiovascular Institute are excellent. The clinic is run really efficiently — appointments stay on time with little to no waiting, which I genuinely appreciated. The technicians are professional, thorough, and make the whole process feel easy. Dr. Kumar takes the time to listen, asks the right questions, and explains everything clearly without rushing. Dr Kumar through his knowledge and his network did i belive save my life on two occasions. He can be a tad bruff at times but his no nonsense style is perfect for his field of expertise
Dr. Kumar’s office is amazing! They take you on time and make sure to do very thorough testing. What surprised me the most is how involved Dr. Kumar was. I’ve done a stress test in the past, and it’s usually just the technician and you don’t get to see the cardiologist. That’s not how Dr. Kumar does it. He actually does some of the scans himself to make sure he gets exactly what he needs. Having been under the care of Dr. Kumar since July I can say that he and his staff are excellent. He listened to all my concerns after my cardiac event and provided me with guidance. He's just the kind of doctor that I like a no nonsense person. I also recently had a stress test at the clinic and was extremely happy with the explanation of the process and the timeliness of the results. I highly recommend Dr. Kumar and the clinic to anyone.
