Dr. Gomez was impatient and condescending. He refused to answer simple questions without sarcasm, and responded with an air of superiority. He suggested I find another doctor and raised his voice in front of staff and patients, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.The office staff was equally frustrating. It is with pleasure that I write about the great experience I had during my consultation with Dr Gomez. For what is worth I am writing this from the perspective of patient and a retired cardiologist who also had thousands of patient encounters during his career. Both Dr Gomez and the front office staff are very very welcoming and friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Gomez is a patient and compassionate physician who consistently provides excellent medical care. Dr. Narciso Gomez has the worst bed manners that a patient can get. In the surface he seems nice and eager to help, but that is only a facade that covers an impatient and petulant person, unwilling to understand simple questions from a patient and provide straightforward answers without sarcasm and airs of superiority. Poor guy. Just a poor guy.
