I love that I get a printed summary of our meeting with list of meds and my issues. Awesome, I don’t get this with any of my other doctors.
Well, looks like I should have looked at the reviews. I experience also what a lot of people have experienced with the front desk ineptness and incompetency to handle my questions. I was completely polite, and as a first time patient, this is my immersion. They're still on paper, which seems kind of archaic. I arrived seven minutes before my appointment, waited to get to the front desk for 3 minutes and then told I needed to be there thirty minutes early to fill out my paperwork. I’ve been to this doctor’s office a few times, and overall I’m not impressed. The doctor is just okay — not terrible, but doesn’t really take the time to listen or pay much attention to you as a patient. What really makes the experience worse, though, is the staff. The receptionists are extremely rude, unhelpful, and act like they don’t want to be there. They don’t follow through with simple tasks, and it feels like you’re bothering them just by calling or checking in. Definitely not a place I’d recommend unless they serious... read more

Omg the receptionist here has no etiquette!!when ur appointment is at 10 and you arrived 15 mins early! And they told me I was late is a joke🤣seriosly! And there is 5 people behind you sitting and waiting🤣see the logic?hello?! Filling up paper work won’t take 30 mins they said suppose to be there 30 mins early.im having a check up !not an interview!!im paying my insurance not u guys to get treated like that lol.too demanding!bye
