4-22-25 1st visit with Dr Crawley. Very pleased. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Dr was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Very clean.
My primary care Doctor sent a referral to Dr. Crowley's office and it took them 2 weeks to call and schedule an appointment. When scheduling my appointment Sherry informed me that my insurance requires a pre authorization for me to be seen??? I asked why I've never needed a pre authorization for a regular office visit, I usually need that for my medication, special testing or a procedure Sherry said that's what my insurance is saying.
