Get a new happier receptionest.. I thought everyone was overexaggerating about how the receptionist was rude.. went there In person just to ask questions to see if they received my referral cuz they never answer the phones. Got told to contact my family dr..SO I did as I was still standing at the desk.. not even 10 in the morning while on hold for my family drs , the lady is using a rude tone and put a closed sign by the window and starts closing the blind in my face.. Dr B, is great. Both kids have had excellent treatment and great experiences, every time they have had am appointment.
Very disappointing experience. The doctor was completely irresponsible and didn’t care about my concerns. The receptionist was also extremely rude and unprofessional. With such behavior, you can’t expect any respect or empathy. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
The best ENT in Ontario hands down. After going to a few other ENT’s dr.Batchra is hands down the best she performed a sestoplasty on me and my father as well, surgery went smooth she has great operation room etiquette and is very skilled in her craft. I recommend asking your family doctor for a referral to dr.Batchra and just wait it out. It is well worth it. She is forever my go to ENT from now on!!
If there was an option for zero stars I would give it. Please don’t waste your time with this place. Very rude receptionist, very poor experience. I’m glad my doctor referred me to a different ENT. Would not feel safe or in good hands with this place/doctor. Put yourself and your health first.
