Was having procedure. Dr never introduced herself or asked me any questions regarding history with anesthesia. i had to ask who was doing anesthesia, then tell her I had issues in the past. Nurse reported post procedure that Dr had not provided medication in IV prior to procedure as promised. Called Dr today who replied “I read your history and figured your issues were related to general anesthesia, not what I was doing”. Poor assumption on her part, as this was untrue.
