Dr Nancy is my mom's doctor and as a doctor she is great doctor, but the ones on the front desk are clueless and not helpful at all, all I can say if doctor Nancy want's her rating to stay at 4,5 she needs to hire professionals who went to school and who can help patient when needed!
Dr Hsaio has been the PCP for my father, also a physician, my mother, and I over 10 years. Her knowledge base is not matched and is able to offer alternatives to prescriptions. She is an excellent physician
Dr Hsiao is the BEST. She has been my doctor for about 10 years.
