Staff is very unfriendly and incompetent. I loved seeing Dr. Gamarra-Flores, however every staff member I ever came across there had a very bad attitude. Recently (last week) my mother went in for a referral to an Ophthalmologist she was referred to last year for eye surgery. As it turns out, my mother is still experiencing problems with her eye and has already had to pay out of pocket for one visit which she showed up for without a referral.
