In Summary I received some glasses with a written prescription for 6.5 then complained that the glasses hurt while looking through them. Dr. changes prescription to lower prescription then changes again to higher prescription. I demanded a refund. Dr. refused because she said she tried her best but can't figure out why my glasses make my eyes hurt but the contacts felt just fine. I later find out that the solution is I needed eye drops. I have contacted several number to complain and report her.
