Good to be a specialist of whatever but wrong choice as your family doctor. At west chester, Dr Malone behaves more "capable" than a regular family doctor but the fact is she can't deal with complex cases. That's a trouble. If patient is in HMO, she will NOT recommend you to a specialist until last since she thinks she can solve the problem and will try you on her "bests". If patient is in PPO, why shall you find a family doctor who will aggressively try to solve all of your problems (earn more visits?) with solutions later ... read more
