I saw Dr Pook @ the Huber Heights ER she was the only one what helped me with Covid . was very caring & went the extra Mile to help me .Thank you Dr Pook I am forever thankful.
Uncle in the ER department under her care, was there for 8 hours, only seen her a couple of times. Never did go over any test results with us. Got an attitude when asked to check on a hospital that she wanted to transfer to. If it wasn’t for using MyChart we would have never knew any results.
