Appointments are always running behind without an update given, from an hour or more. Then she spends maybe 5 minutes actually there. She didn't prescribe me everything I was supposed to have. Her telehealth was over two hours late and the receptionist doesn't provide information and no links given to call into until after the two hour part. When I called her out on this, she made it seem like it was my fault even though she doesn't communicate anything well or give me all the info I need in the first place.

This has got to be one of the worst doctors I know! She breaks hipaa in her own roundabout way! And then when patient comes in seeking advice on how to deal with adverse side effects from giving up two addictions at the same time (caffeine and smoking)…cold turkey. She tells the patient, just have one cigarette at night! Instead of saying…maybe have one can of caffeine soda a day, she chooses the cigarette, the harder thing to give up! I'm absolutely exhausted & frustrated with this physician. She has NOT ONE TIME in 5 years help me diagnose or treat an issue other than basic blood pressure or common cold... I have been referred to or sent to other doctors each & every time there was an issue. She has been cold, disrespectful & currently doesn't even return calls with test results but rather has a nurse call even when it was not favorable... Currently feeling very ignored & pushed aside.
