Pros: Staff is competent and cares. Dr. Dave is smart, intuitive, and stays relevant on new treatments and new information. He listens and will read any lists or summaries you've prepared in advance for your appt. He loves his job and family. Generous & thorough narrative to record. Cons: Office takes lunch break and it's so inconvenient for me but I'm happy they are practicing self-care. Sometimes they don't call back and it's weird because normally they're on top of stuff. This is only a good doctor IF you’d like to only be prescribed prescription drugs and be an active part of the opioid addiction.

I have been going to Dr. Dave for four months now and I am very happy with being in his care. He is very nice and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. I feel like he is providing me with excellent treatment.

I was in a bad car accident and have been living with severe back and neck pain for 20 years. I can honestly say that Dr. Dave is the most kind and caring doctor I have ever met. Many doctors have no empathy for their patients and I often feel that since they haven't lived in pain they can't comprehend how it ruins your life. He is the first doctor who showed me compassion. I highly recommend him.

I've been trying now for 2wks to get copies of an x-ray and an MRI. I've been going here for at least 10yrs they used to listen and seemed to care but not anymore just rush you in and out. I had a bad migraine a couple of visits ago and was offered toradol shot only to find out that they had ran out. Really?! Time to start looking elsewhere

My elderly mother was given a referral to this facility. After waiting over a week, I finally called them myself to see what was the hold up. After calling 2xs and holding for over 10 mins each time, I finally reached a live person. They said she owed a balance and if it was paid that same day then they could get her in for an appt the next day. After I paid the supposed bill, they called her and gave her an appt for the next month. Customer service is poor. Will be seeking a new referral.

Very friendly, but doesn't listen. Spoke over me most of the time, asked questions I had already answered, and repeatedly tried to prescribe me the medication I was trying to get off of. Used medical terminology that I did not understand and refused to prescribe me a different migraine medication which I am experiencing side effects. Instead, prescribed me two more medications to alleviate the side effects instead of giving me a different med.
