Very unprofessional and does not handle stress well when they over book and are swamped.
Dr. Naila Paul was recommended to me by my cousin for health care for my two daughters who are now 16 and 15. She has always been very professional, thorough, and compassionate for the last 14 years. We have called after hours and during Covid and she has always provided her expertise and advice. Her staff has always been helpful and professional and always worked us in when my girls were sick. Dr Paul and staff are real people that care about their patient. Dr will spend all the time you need with the patient. I would recommend anyone who has children to go there
I would never have any of my children in her care again. She belittled my children, has no respect for the belief systems of others and was very unprofessional in her approach. I would never recommend her to anyone as their child's healthcare provider.
