On more than 5 occasions now they have misrepresented costs significantly or blatantly lied about cleanings and other services being covered when EXPLICITLY asked prior to receiving the service. This most recent time, the third time this exact thing has happened, I asked if my cleaning would be covered under the smile plan I had purchased. I was reassured it was, only to receive a $165 bill in the mail weeks later for that same service.
