Verbally abusive office manager. Had asked her to please review communication practice after mistake made with. was banned from practice immediately. Just for asking her to stop verbally abusing me! Messed up care severely and still haven't found new primary. Office manager would have inappropriate conversation with friends in front of patients and talk about drinking at work. Verbally abusive office manager led to neglect. Please review policy of Do no harm...
