From my 1st appt with Dr. T, I felt I was in great hands as He listened and asked questions. He told me what he wanted to do and why and that his team would contact me for scheduling every thing. I received a call several hours later from his scheduling team and it wa all done. I was very relieved at the ease with which both my video appts went and the quick scheduling follow-up for several tests. All appts were limited in wait time and all of the staff, office, scheduling and technical/medical were very efficient, friendly and great to answer questions. Dr. T explained the pre-testing rationale and post testing results to my level and his further treatment actions. I feel like I'm in great hands
