I had a very disappointing experience during my interaction at the Hospital with Dr. Haider. I felt my concerns were not listened to and I did not feel supported or respected during a very stressful time in my mom's healthcare journey. He completely dismissed me when I spoke and even told me, and I will quote: "Just live your life!" As I am expressing my concern and crying about the situation my mom is going through. I visited the clinic for the first time, I found the staff is very cooperative, respecting the patients, when I visited Dr. Nayeem Haider I found him to be a very cooperative, he listened patiently to my complaints and problems and answering to my problems , the best thing I noticed was his way of treatment and building hope of well-being in patient, im proud to be his patient.
