Dr. McKitty actually listens and explains any questions I’ve had.
I was hospitalized for (2) kidney stones ER released me to follow up at Mcittys office , following directions I filled out the paperwork and med allergies list & stated I was highly allergic 2 Nsaids cause severe breathing issues within 3 minutes she said I don't give out pain meds and I don't treat kidney stones , (Why are you here? I replied I was told by er , she said ok were done here & walked out, the recp said she called in a medicine to walmart it was Nsaids!!! then billed my ins $370
Very poor quality of getting back to patience about test results even when they tell you to call.
Very good bedside manner. Puts you at ease entering the room. As a male patient I have had nothing but good encounters with her. She is very professional and always ask if there are any problems you are having. All of my issues have had a positive result in her care. Highly recommended Family Dr.
Doesn't listen. Stares at laptop and never does any physical exams.
