Just called on recommendation from my wife since I needed a GP. Asked to setup an appointment and they said they don't do Fridays. That's fine. I tell them "I might have to call back later after finding a good date for it" then the lady hung up. No "Okay sir, call us back later" or "Have a nice day." Just hung up the phone. This was at 4 35 pm on Mar 3, 2026
Terrible practice. Cannot get any issue solved
As with all of the other reviews here, my issue is not with the medical providers. The physicians here are amazing. Knowledgeable and kind towards their patients. However, the front staff are insanely unprofessional. Ive heard them cursing and complaining about patients, talking about their Snapchat stories, taking random personal calls when they have numerous people waiting... and this isn't a single incident. My experience with the doctors have overall been AMAZING! However the front desk is not the best. They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE,FILL PRESCRIPTIONS OVER THE PHONE, MAKE APPOINTMENTS OVER THE PHONE ! I've had family members who have this office as a primary also and they have diabetes and they have been with our their medications because of this office. If you can get in they will do test on you to get the overall status of your health to initially serve you well but it is not maintained because of lack of being able to contact... read more
