Receptionist was very rude, over 30 minutes seated on waiting room, they didn’t care about patient time on appointment time, even I couldn’t find the doctor is experts or not
I’ve been meaning to write this for a while, and maybe I held back for selfish reasons. My PET scans had been coming back as stable, which I know is a good thing, but I found myself wanting more. This is stage four cancer after all, and I was hoping for something beyond just stable. That being said, my latest scan showed that not only had the cancer not metastasized, but it had actually shrunk a bit, and that really gave me a moment to stop and reflect. He yelled at me "that's impossible!!" without even reading my file. He was uninformed and condescending. His office offered little to no support scheduling very painful procedures. They did not discuss anything with me. They didn't give me any explanations no information I was left clueless, and alone to do everything by myself and with Google.. Do not trust this guy specially, if you are a female.
