I had the worse experience over a call with a woman who returned my first inquiry. She wouldn't let me ask questions. The greeting was: "I don't want to cut you off but... I need to ask you few questions to see if you qualify to be seeing here. What type your insurance do you have? Because if you are on Medicaid or income based insurance, even if you have cash on hand to pay you won't be able to be seen at this facility" ... What in the world ?? I absolutely love Body Logic MD Boston. I had started with Body Logic years ago in Orlando and Dr. Nada and the amazing Ali have made my transition to Boston so pleasant the past few years. They are both warm and caring and always professional.
Prying on desperate people. No empathy charging an arm and a leg for their questionable services. Didn't even ask me what was troubling me and tried to convince me that a comprehensive panel saliva test run by Verisana was not accurate enough. Didn't ask about my medical history or what symptoms I was having. There was no concerns about any of that important stuff. Also, no doctor should charge an entrance fee of $299 just to get accepted. Dr. Nada is hands down the best physician I have ever had. (And I have had many in my quest for hormone balance, overall health and weight loss too). I refer many of my friends and clients to her because I know they will get great results. This is all about personalized service and to some effect, concierge health care where you have someone who is listening to you, and never judging you. I am truly thankful to be living my best life... in my 50's (shhhhhh)
I had a difficult time with Bodylogic MD. They do not listen to the patient and the treatment is decided regardless of your feedback. After numerous visits with no success I cancelled my 4th in person appointment. I explained that I was promised changes would be made the last visit and I showed up and they ask me to take no change one last time on my pellet.
