Are there no good psychiatrists anywhere?!? The receptionist demanded to know why I’m seeing the doctor and made a point that he doesn’t treat adhd. Don’t psychiatrists treat all of these conditions in the DSM5? I have multiple ones & I don’t currently know what is causing the issues I’m having, but I’m looking for help and it’s impossible. The receptionist was just rude and terrible.

He only saw my son once who’s suffering from old depression and severe anxiety Dr saw him only once and for the last months he’s talking on the phone with him instead of office visits. My son is depressed and suicidal and when I called the doctor he told me it’s my responsibility to call 911z. How can you possibly figure out a person’s mental status when you see them once?
