Canceled my appointment same day, left medical information on my voicemail, decided without my input to order an auto-pap rather than cpap. Scolded me and told me to "check my voicemail," when I showed up for the appointment. I work in a no-phones facility. It was announced in a waiting room by the desk staff member that I did, indeed have "bad sleep apnea." I'm not even sure she should know that..... Rude, Rude, Rude, Rude, Rude, Rude This PA was very rude to my son who has Congestive Heart Failure and has fluid around his lungs. My son was suppose to be seen for fluid around his lungs, and have a breathing test and x-rays today, none of that happened. Because this PA was looking at records from 2016, and hyper focused on the sleep apnea results from 2016, he didn't take the time to look at the new records that had been uploaded into the hospitals system.
