Both my children have been patients of Dr Ameen. He has developed a great connection with them and as they approach their adult years he has given myself and my boys confidence with our ability to manage their development with appropriate supports such as therapies and medication. Highly recommended! The staff are helpful and friendly, and Dr. Nabil Ameen is a personable professional, and a great listener. He is empathetic to the concerns of his patients and considers every single detail to provide the patients with the best care. My family and I have great confidence in his abilities. The only reason that I would not give them a five star review is the long waiting before the appointments (sometimes an hour) and the waiting room that is probably missing a TV and some engaging toys, books or magazines... read more
Dr Ameen geneuinely cares and listens to your concerns. His knowledge of medications and what's best to help has been amazing and made such a change for my child. He takes care in how he prescibes for children and increasing medications or finding the right ones. I recommend him to anyone seeking a thoughtful and genuine paediatrician and have given out his name many times to parents seeking a Paed. Before finding Dr. Ameen we had been through four paediatricians who all said my child was typical. Within two visits to Dr. Ameen we had diagnoses and medication prescribed. In one year my child went from being on restricted hours at school (1hour) to DUX. I can not thank him enough, without his knowledge and insight my child would still be struggling with daily activities and life. Truly saved my sanity!!
Had to wait over 1 and a half hours. When had been prompted our wait would be 20 minutes.
