Horrible customer care. Can NEVER get anyone on the phone, they only have an answering service and voicemail box. This is unacceptable in my opinion in the medical field. They say they're going to send paperwork they never send and then blame you as if its your job to follow up. Personnel is very rude and even hung up on me. I can't say this is a reflection on the doctor because we never got that far. His office staff is affecting his business though.
DR. Nagaraja has been treating me for 40+ years, He is the best.
Worst customer service I have experienced at any doctor office. The two receptionists are both extremely rude to patients. Questions are never directly answered, and everything is unorganized. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism.
He is a terrific and thorough doctor. I trust him.
LOVE him! He is the best diagnostician and is so gentle and lovely. His staff is great.
I've had both a colonoscopy & esophagogastroduodenoscopy performed by Dr. Najaraja. He is completely professional, explains the procedure before it begins & gives a general overview after the procedure. He is kind, skilled & caring. He was able to diagnose me after several other doctors could not. I highly recommend him & his staff.
I can not say enough good things about DR. Nagaraja, I have been a patient of his for almost 40 years & he & his office staff have taken excellent care of me thru the years & continue to do so.

Nagaraja, MThis is the worst medical office, not helpful, they don't care about their patients, I already reported them to the insurance company hopefully they will do something, the assistant evil "Norma" doesn't do her job, she lied and said that she submitted and authorization and she never did and I found out after i called the insurance, I kept asking why it's taking so long and that's why because it was never submitted in the first place.
