I have not spoken with or seen Dr. Berrahil, so I cannot comment on the doctor’s care. However, my experience with Maria at the front desk was extremely disappointing. Right off the bat, she seemed annoyed just answering the phone. She repeatedly cut me off, wouldn’t let me finish speaking, and kept repeating the same thing instead of actually listening to what I was trying to say. Her lack of patience and compassion was incredibly frustrating. Overall she was very rude.
