Dr Hurt and Krista are awesome as well as all their staff. They are kind, caring, professional and aggressive when it comes to your health and wellbeing. The staff up front who welcome you in and those answering the phone are very professional, patient and courteous. I sincerely trust them with my well being.
Had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Hurt several times and he has always been exceptional in his ability to listen and understand the patients concerns. Highly recommend if you’re in the need of a new doctor.
My name is Shanice I love my PCP AKA Dr.Hurt he is awesome and caring and actually listen to my concerns I wouldn't want any other Doctor and the nurses and other staff's are so sweet and helpful great providers I definitely recommend everyone to this facility and if you're PCP isn't available they have other Doctors Just as Caring ! Love this Establishment
My experience from the first phone call exceeded expectations. My mom was able to receive an appointment the very next day. Dr Hurt was a present listener and together we arrived at a plan to address my mom’s concerns. She understood the next steps and while her issue is not resolved, Dr Hurt engaged on a level that made us both feel heard. The staff is amazing from check in to rooming and checkout. Thank you for being patient and attentive.
I tried to call and make an appointment and because I have not been to the Dr in awhile, they deactivated my account and would now count me as a new patient and won't see me. I have an issue that I need a Dr's note for for my job and they refused to make an appointment. I understand not accepting new patients, but if I was there before I should have been able to make an appointment. Not the best policy.
