My experience from the first phone call exceeded expectations. My mom was able to receive an appointment the very next day. Dr Hurt was a present listener and together we arrived at a plan to address my mom’s concerns. She understood the next steps and while her issue is not resolved, Dr Hurt engaged on a level that made us both feel heard. The staff is amazing from check in to rooming and checkout. Thank you for being patient and attentive.
I tried to call and make an appointment and because I have not been to the Dr in awhile, they deactivated my account and would now count me as a new patient and won't see me. I have an issue that I need a Dr's note for for my job and they refused to make an appointment. I understand not accepting new patients, but if I was there before I should have been able to make an appointment. Not the best policy.
I love this man! So caring, interested in you as a person and just so friendly and nice. On top of that his nurse is awesome and is just so outgoing and friendly! Cannot recommend enough!
