I wish i could apply no stars. Extremely rude! After 2 appointments, I didn't want to have to go back to Dr Muthu and i was booked in at another pediatrician however circumstances made us go back. Our 1st appointment she was nearly an hour late for. Then she bombarded me with a bunch of paperwork to get completed in Feb 2024. She barely even interacted with my son. Not even worth a star rating. Negligent, rude and totally unprofessional. I feel sorry for all the families that have to pay good money to see her. Receptionists are nothing but rude and incompetent also. Save your time and money and use it on a Dr worth seeing. Disgusting.
Perfect helped my son so much
Initially gave a 5 star rating a year ago. But updating now to a 1 star because we’ve seen Dr Muthu 3 times. First appointment, she was able to give us a diagnosis, and I was grateful for her insight.. but the next two appointments, we spend in silence while she looks at her computer, asks questions every now & then. They are ALWAYS late, the young girl on reception acts like she doesn't care either. You spend $500 for a 10 min consult. I'm still waiting over a month later for a re-scheduled appointment and they now send me a message to let them know if I need my December appointment as the Doctor is at capacity, but I haven't been advised of an appointment. 8 times out of 10 they don't answer the phone. If it wouldn't take so long to find a new doctor, I would have gone elsewhere by now.
