Not even deserving of 1 star. Referred last year only to never get an appointment. Initial appointment was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, next appointment scheduled as a make up appointment after hours didn’t eventuate as they were running behind with 3 patients still to be seen at 5:40pm!! It was a 5pm appointment we had been offered. Requested another after hours appointment to be told that’s not usual practice, sure I get that but you offered it and didn’t follow through. Even with the first appointment of the day waiting at least an hour. Had many appointments and never ever been seen on time.
Sat and waited over 2 hours for our appointment. We weren't the only ones. Appointment was originally for 3:40pm. Receptionist called and advised there was a 30min delay. Was seen at 6pm. Apparently happens all the time from what one of the parents said. Appointment book management is a must for these practitioners instead of cramming people in and making them wait. Next time I'll book the first appt for the day.
This practice is extremely mismanaged. Expect wait times well in excess of two hours. Patients are instructed to phone ahead before their appointment to check timing, but even after doing exactly that and arriving when advised, I still waited 1.5 hours to be seen. On one occasion, a patient with a later appointment was called in before me, making the system feel more like "first in, best dressed" than an actual appointment schedule. There are many many more professional and timely Pediatrics out there than here. Often securing the first appt of the day we were still left waiting over an hour. It really is not on. We have recently found a new Pediatrician and I simply can not believe the polar opposite experience we have had in regards to our ADHD son. The more senior receptionist was nothing short of rude.
