My experience has been fantastic! She was very lovely to me and my baby. Answered all my questions and showed care to my worries. Wonderful educated lady. Thank you!
Have been going for the last 4 years but after to many cancelled appointments with no communication about why I have decided to see someone who is closer to home and actually cares about my child. I mostly get a few words from the dr during the appointment, to busy typing and on the computer to care, very frustrating. Appointments are always late, I live an hour and half away so would be nice to say they are running behind. Unfortunately I have to go back as the closer pead is a long wait list
Pathetically poor time management. Especially for someone who treats newborns and children with special requirements Over a 2 hr wait after our booked time with a 6 week old
The reception staff are unprofessional and rude, in my opinion! I am still reeling from their behaviour. They cancelled my appointment without explanation, and without consultation rescheduled it, with 48 hours notice. You can’t call, they never pick up and when they do they are rude. There are lots of Drs and I will not waste $1 on Dr Muthu, if she keeps staff like that.
Avoid this paediatrician if you value your time, your sanity, or even basic professionalism. We were told three months in advance that our 7-month-old daughter needed a specific treatment—yet the paediatrician insisted we wait until she decided it was time. When that moment came, it then took another three weeks to arrange hospital admission due to disorganised communication and incompetent admin staff who couldn't give a straight answer or commit to a date.
