Attended today with my son and was so happy with the service. Doctor Muthu was absolutely amazing! She was attentive and generally interested in my son’s needs. The Receptionist was also wonderful and was happy to answer all our questions. Would definitely recommend.
While I understand it would be difficult to have short appointments when it comes to the health and concerns of our tiny humans, the wait times for Dr Muthu are sadly long. Our appt was originally for 1030 and we didn't get seen to until about 1145. While Dr Muthu is a good paed and took the time to listen to our questions and concerns, her receptionist Debbie is so incredibly rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not let these reviews discourage you! I was very concerned after reading them, we almost didn’t go as $500+ is a lot for our family. We were made aware of a 30 minute delay and still waited an extra 30 although I believe this is because Dr Muthu is thorough and does not rush your appointments. She asked all the right questions, my 6yr old son was very happy to yap away at her. He now has a diagnosis and we are taking the right steps forward with Dr Muthus advice. Not even deserving of 1 star. Referred last year only to never get an appointment. Initial appointment was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, next appointment scheduled as a make up appointment after hours didn’t eventuate as they were running behind with 3 patients still to be seen at 5:40pm!! It was a 5pm appointment we had been offered. Requested another after hours appointment to be told that’s not usual practice, sure I get that but you offered it and didn’t follow through. Even with the first appointment of the day waiting at least an hour. Had many appointments and never ever been seen on time.
