Dr Vincent was amazing and gave me the best eye exam two years in a row. She is caring, professional and really cares about her patients. She spent over and hours with my husband and myself and spent extra time discussing my husband recent health crisis. She is just the best, hands down
This is the most professional Optometrist office I’ve been to in the 4 years I’ve lived in Charlotte! I felt welcomed & all the staff was super nice! Dr. Musler was super chill & professional definitely will be back.
I enjoyed my visit from the check in process to experiencing the amazingly new (for me since my last Optometrist visit) dilation process, and the outstanding Dr. Musler getting my vision prescription on point, while sharing welcoming news that I am not required to have progressive lenses yet ! I will definitely return for another visit if that staff as just as friendly, have a great time, enjoy what they do, and treat customers well.
Dr. Musler has been so patient with me and my unique vision needs. He has seen me twice and provided temporary trial lens both visits to make sure I'm comfortable before placing an order. He has won my business. He truly cares about his patients.
Dr. Musler and his team provided exceptional service from start to finish. I was seen just a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and the entire eye exam was smooth and comfortable. Dr. Musler was refreshingly honest—he focused solely on what I needed without trying to upsell unnecessary products or services.
