One word...... Condescending.
I have been a pt. at these Drs for over 40 yrs. I always saw Dr Kastenberg who is retired now. I started seeing Dr Buck since I had seen him long ago over 30 yrs with my daughter. Recently I've had health issues and called Dr Buck. I spoke to wonderful NP Dr Buck never returned my call. He is aware I got cancer dx.& lost my son in 2 weeks. He never returned my call after speaking with me weeks prior. I notified NP of my depression and hx. She told me he'd call in a day or 2. No call back.
I went to Dr Buck several years. A great guy and doctor. He really cares about his patients. Never got the bums rush, but got all his attention as long as needed. Definitely recommend!
