There are doctors, and there are doctors. But then there is Dr. Murliya Gowda! After developing post-op complications and a severe infection, an abscess leading from the surgical site in the left neck area spreading down my throat into my chest, I had quite a few Doctors involved in the entire process, necessitating hospitalization. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Gowda. The attention and care she gave my brother is phenomenal. My brother had a stroke back in August, which left him speechless and without movement on his right side. My brother was in-and-out of rehab facilities and the hospital and he finally ended up in Fairfax Innova, where Dr. Gowda was one of his doctors. I am so grateful to God for allowing her to be one of the members of his care team.
