This unethical Dr. prescribed me extremely strong medication, after a major lumbar surgery. I had an extreme allergic reaction to it, extreme itchy, literally from head to toes, and rapid heartbeat. He refused to change me to a different pain med., and told me to continue taking the one given. I refuse, so now have to live with extreme post op pain, as I heal,, only 8 days out from Surg. Do Not Recommend.

I was supposed to be treated and get my prescription. They never sent my meds, I always have to call all day everyday. I get sick when I'm out of meds. They don't return calls.

Wonderful staff did a complete detailed explanation of all paperwork to be filled out . I am a diabetic and before the cortisone procedure, Elizabeth a medical professional checked my blood sugar levels before begining the procedure" what a relief" a medical professional caring about the patient. When the procedure was done their was no pain what so ever very professional staff involved working with the doctor. I had a procedure done yesterday and I wasn’t given any discharge paperwork, I’ve been calling for 2 days and they don’t answer the phone nor they return your calls. Excellent doctor but terrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend it if it was an emergency.

I visited this doctor twice, and both times I paid my co-payment in cash, however the receptionist did not want to give me a receipt. Four months later I received a bill for my co-payments. If someone does not want to give you a receipt, please ask to speak to someone else to receive a hand written receipt. Also there is no privacy when injections are being administered. Dr Loomba and staff does not care about the pain you’re in. I had my first visit with him on December 17th, I was examined by a very nice young woman who was new to the practice (she was a doctor) after the exam she went to get Dr Loomba, we talked about his plans for my treatment and that he would send a prescription for pain to the pharmacy. I was here after spending 3 days in the hospital for a running injury. he was suppose to help me. He didn't .He put the shot in the wrong spot and I was in tears all the way home!! I come from a Marine family so I can take pain, but this was awful!!
