I am sure the doctors are wonderful, but the Asian lady who answers the phone calls needs to be fired. She should learn manners, respect and some customer service skills.
Dr. Munira Ramji : Such an amazing Paediatrician!! I’m happy my grand daughter had the chance to see Dr. Ramji. The receptionist was very pleasant ! The Nurse was professional and kind.
Dr Ramji is thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. I trust her fully to have up to date recommendations. She also called often to check on my son when he was in hospital when he was younger. I love that she lets me bring my voice as a parent to the table at appointments and always leave feeling she’s a part of my kids team.
If I could give a 0 Star Rating, I would. How rude on the phone.
