I was in a couple days ago for a consultation on a old root canal The receptionist was super rude as soon as I walked in - which is funny because she was somewhat okayish on the phone They also don’t do direct insurance billing which is so standard everywhere now - when I asked questions I was not given much of a response The office felt like we are still in the 1970s - it was awful felt super worn down and I couldn’t wait to get out of there Safe to say I will be finding a new dr

I have had two root canals, 19 years apart, with Dr Munce and staff. Both were excellent experiences which is high praise for such a lengthy and challenging procedure. I came in hesitant and fearful of the procedure. I left happy and confident. Thank you to the whole team for making my experiences ideal. I will always choose and recommend this team to my friends and family.
