I have been under Dr. Mullan's care since 2014. I had a very complicated fractured right ankle, with 3 failed surgeries and chronic open infected wound from a different doctor. Dr. Mullan was able to treat my ankle successfully and save me from having an amputation. I am now walking with minimal assistance. I only use a cane for longer walks. I would recommend him for anyone having foot or ankle problems. He is the best doctor I've been to. The office staff is exceptional also.
He has been my Podiatrist for more than ten years. He does great work, always friendly and interested in his patients. Also, the staff are very nice, and professional.
If there was a Minus I would choose that instead of 1 star. I have never been treated like this before and I am 84 years old. You get NO service and when you call and try to reach someone you either get put on hold for 5 minutes or more or you can leave a message which is never returned. I have seen Dr. Mullen three times and paid out $135 for NOTHING. About two months ago they said they would call after getting insurance approval for orthotic shoes. Dr is thorough and knowledgeable. Thru surgery and continuing care has been easier because of Dr and his staff.
Dr. Raha M. Mubarak is efficient, focused, professional and caring. He stands apart as a physician, and I highly recommend his practice. Kudos.

Dr. Mullan's office staff is almost as friendly as the Gestapo. Fire the staff Baldy and your ratings will go up.
Dr. Mullen himself is fantastic. The front office staff is a different story. Completely Incompetent and Rude to boot
