Dr Yahya Rocks! He has been the only dentist that I can literally fall asleep in his chair!
The most gentle dentist I have ever had since childhood. Great Bed side manner. Explains everything and staff goes over financials before every procedure. I had an implant placed by Dr Y. No pain! I was expecting the worst! Didn't even use the Percocet he wrote for me!
I had a very bad experience at Dr. Yahya's office because they were very unprofessional, made me wait 45 minutes to be seen when I had an appointment, and finally when I did not want to go in for my follow up appointment because they were so bad; I got a missed appointment bill which I felt like I did not need to pay because I called the night before to cancel and left a voice mail. My mother had an appointment with Dr. Yahya for a tooth extraction and he was extremely rude. He injected my mother with the anesthesia and then disappeared. My mother waited in the dentist chair for an hour with the anesthesia but he never returned. His assistant told us he got busy with another patient. My mother eventually left (after waiting for an hour) without having her tooth extracted and is in excruciating pain still. What kind of behavior is this? He is an excellent dentist. Quick and effective to identitying the problem. Then recommending the patient what should be done and what can be done. I didn't even feel any pain from his great skill and accuracy. I would recommend him to anyone.
I'm new to the area, but I did shop around. Dr. Yahya is close to where I work, which I admit was a major factor in my decision to go there. I am completely happy with his services. His facility is modern and promotes a relaxing atmosphere, flexable scheduling, and decent pricing. Dr. Yahya is very professional, knowledgeable, gentle and he employs an outstanding staff. I will use his services for years to come.
My husband and I just had a great experience... he took our insurance and was convenient, and did a great job!
