Unbelievably poor organization. After 2 separate visits for measurements and evaluation,with my very expensive copay, I paid for drops, quarantined during covid, scheduled vacation, all prepped months in advance. The day prior to the surgery, they had a nurse call me to review my medical history. She decided they needed to review one insignificant complication from a minor surgical procedure some 10-20 years ago during that call. The physician involved is retired. Fantastic! Dr. Qazi is a phenomenal ophthalmologist who has excellent skills and knowledge in eye care. In my opinion there is no finer Doctor of ophthalmology in the St. Louis area. Dr. Qazi is very professional and easy to talk and work with. Very thorough in explaining what needs to be done when. This was my second appointment and visit with him over time, I have felt comfortable and feel that I have a good understanding of my options for cataract surgery.
Dr Qazi performed a keratectomy on my left eye to remove scar tissue. He is very patient and explains everything so well my questions get answered before I can ask. He told me what to expect of recovery and reassured me that the surgery went well. I will have my cataracts removed when my recovery is complete.
This is a great Doctor i will recomend to any body
This visit was a routine check-up. The wait time was more than acceptable and I had almost no down time once I was taken back to the exam room. Dr. Qazi sees my whole family and knows the family history/concerns and applies them to mas well, with extra attention to make sure my eye health is on track.
