I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 a.m. and even received a reminder call the day before. I arrived on time and took a one-hour break from my job specifically for this appointment. Despite this, I was made to wait until 10:30 a.m., and the doctor still did not come to see me. I understand that delays can happen, but no explanation or update was provided.
