I personally haven’t met this Dr but he’s the director at Woodhaven dialysis clinic, where many things need to be improved or changed. He needs to pay more attention towards this clinic.
His staff has horrible customer service and the billing department is unable to put your information into the system the right way. Some of them are beyond rude. Specifically for this review I’m speaking about a worker there named Trish. You can be a good doctor but your staff can make your office a place you don’t want to visit.
Excellent doctor who is kind and takes the time to get to know you and your illness. Relatable and approachable eager to answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend.
