This office is unorganized and unprofessional for a specialist. My husband took the day off to go for a Biopsy that they scheduled at his previous appointment. when we got there after waiting 20 mins they told him he dont have anything schedule and that no one is even there to do it. I’ve been coming to this office for about a year and will be seeking another Endocrinologist. This appointment was the last straw for me, my appointment was at 11, I got taken back to be put into a room around 11:15. The aid did not check the room prior and there was still a patient in it. What a horrible doctor, lost test results and now I have to go through another biopsy, very rude office staff ! Very difficult to contact.
I recommend that nobody goes here. I was not impressed one bit. Run down, not a good place and people are rude
Apparently "all syndromes do the same thing to the thyroid". Hammond isn't even doctor enough to say he doesn't know about a rare medical condition enough or that he isn't up to date with the latest medically researched findings about thyroid baselines AND how studies have been linking hyperthyroidism to Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Oh, and if you have any academic or researched based scholarship about your own chronic illness, he will tell you that "You can't believe everything that Dr. GOOGLE says." Honestly, don't bother.
