I have been with Dr. Rifia for almost 10yrs and he has been amazing with me making sure that my mental health is in check in my life and whenever I needed to go into the hospital for a mental health issue he was always ready in helping me get through any crisis that I had and making sure that I am taking the right medication to better my long-term life of living with mental illness 🤒 and I appreciate everything Dr. Rifia has done for me throughout these almost 10yrs with him. I saw this Dr for about 5 years. I realized he was charging Medicare for services I never and questioned him. He didn't seem to care too much and said he would continue with these bogus charges! I stopped going to him as a result of this. I guess he gets away with fraud so often, it doesn't even faze him. Unfortunately I could not report him because it was too late.
