Dr. Malik does not listen to his patients. I have gone to him for almost a year and I have yet to have any relief from my RA. His office staff are wonderful, however, he rushes through the appointments. He has seen that I am continuously inflamed, however, he refuses to provide any additional solutions. I do not recommend him.

Awful. Clearly did not read referral notes before entering exam room. Said my labs indicated MCTD, but had to be a fluke. That he didn’t feel there was anything wring with me. In the after visit notes he totally contradicts himself. Begins saying patient comes with history of ….. and then at the end states the patient has no history of…. Saw another rheumatologist six weeks later and I’m much better now with medications for my conditions. Too busy to listen, wait hours for appointment, and clearly doesn’t care.

I would recommend anyone looking for the best in RA care to go to Dr. Malik. He and his staff are kind and caring as well as professional. Each visit the doctor has the patient complete a questionnaire by checking or circling answers to questions regarding for example where they are having pain and the severity of the pain. These answers provide the doctor with an overall view of how you're doing even before he sees you. Then you see the nurse who asks more pertinent questions about any symptoms you might be having that will... read more

DOESN'T EVEN ADDRESS MY CONCERNS. HE COULD CARE LESS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. WORST MD EVER. PLAYED "POLY PHARMACY" WITH ME HOPING SOMETHING WOULD WORK.

Really like Dr Malik and his nurse. I was concerned after reading a few reviews but everyone has a bad day. I was in and out of his office in an houre. My first visit I was a little emotional because I own a cleaning business and was concerned if I would be able to continue to work in the future if I did have RA. He and his nurse were very compassionate. He did order all of the right test and scheduled for a follow up. My follow up was also with in an hour. Thank goodness he felt like I d

I was a patient of Dr. Malik's for over a year and went through the painful process of waiting 2-3 hours for him EVERY.SINGLE.VISIT. He does not provide individual care, but rather looks at you as a patient number and not a person. He diagnosed me with Lupus which I didn't feel I had; he also injected me with the wrong shot! I finally left him and went for a second opinion, where the new rheumatologist was thorough and diagnosed me with rheumatoid arthritis, I'm now pain-free, no thanks to him

Has little to no empathy for his patients. His staff are nearly impossible to communicate with. Do not recommend

Good luck having the doctor's attention to ask questions. I am in severe pain with my lupus and emailed the doctor through the patient portal. This was 6 days ago. No response. When I go the office, it takes 2-3 hours to see him and when he comes in, he spends maybe 15 minutes. Then starts to leave before I ask any questions. Not that this stops me...but, he did not see my as a person or a patient. I was a file for him to pick up, do some paperwork, bill my insurance.
