I had an appointment two months in advance for an endoscopy. I completed all the labs and tests I was sent for. Only for them to cancel my procedure the day before due to an error on their end. Apparently, my reason for the endoscopy was coded wrong and my insurance denied it. Today is the 11th and I have yet to hear from their office regarding my results after leaving several messages. All the while I am still dealing with Gastro issues. Unprofessional.
I left and won't be returning. I had a 3pm appointment. I arrived at 2:30pm at 4pm I was told there was still one patient ahead of me. Another patient was in the waiting room next to me informing his family member he's been waiting for 2.5 hours. I collected my refund and left. Find a place that respects your time.

I called this clinic today to make an appointment and had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff member, Adriana. She was rude, unhelpful, and made it unnecessarily difficult to book an appointment. When I asked for an exact date and time the doctor was available, she refused to provide one. I then requested to speak with another staff member or a supervisor, but she refused and even claimed she was the supervisor.
