These people don't care about your health. It’s been a year and Im still waiting on a call back. My insurance needed clinical notes for a ct scan, they never sent. My insurance also requested a pier to pier and staff was aware, never done. Dr. Gupta was nice but his staff makes him look really bad. He is the best GI! He goes the extra mile to make sure the patient is satisfied! The staff is super nice too!
I had an appointment two months in advance for an endoscopy. I completed all the labs and tests I was sent for. Only for them to cancel my procedure the day before due to an error on their end. Apparently, my reason for the endoscopy was coded wrong and my insurance denied it. Today is the 11th and I have yet to hear from their office regarding my results after leaving several messages. All the while I am still dealing with Gastro issues. Unprofessional.
I left and won't be returning. I had a 3pm appointment. I arrived at 2:30pm at 4pm I was told there was still one patient ahead of me. Another patient was in the waiting room next to me informing his family member he's been waiting for 2.5 hours. I collected my refund and left. Find a place that respects your time.
